Bradesco Trabalhe Conosco
The objective of this landing page is attract people interested in working for Bradesco. It talks about how it is to work there, benefits, opportunities and what the people who work there think/talk about the bank.
About the project
This project I’ve took part of it as just some adjustments from the new guidebook from the company’s brand, but as I was diving into the project, together with the UX Strategist, we identified some points that we could improve the whole interface, improving the user’s experience by changing some components for something that could be more acessible and useful for them.
After doing some research towards these points we’ve identified, we submited to the Product Owner a brand new proposal for the landing page, using components we created based on internal benchmark research. With the approval from the leader of the project, the prototype was sent for testing and development.
